It was actually my surveyor who pointed me in the direction of Madeira Construction (which impressed me from the outset). Despite the scale and complexity of my project, their quote was very competitive. They even passed their supplier discounts onto me! Jorge and his team are meticulous. The standard of their work is exceptional – how they've made my dilapidated flat look as good as it does now, I do not know.

Communication was great, too – Luisa was fab and kept everything well organised. I've got more work planned soon, which shows how much I rate them. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Very pleased with this husband and wife business and how professional they are. We were given the quotes and were happy with all the extras recommended by them. Best bit was we used their discount entitlement to buy tiles and bathroom shower and sanitary ware from online stores and big trade depots. I also got to know all their staff and they were very helpful by doing exactly what you wanted them to do regardless of being mentioned on the quote and not being charged.

So happy with them that I have asked them to give me quotes on 3 separate properties already. Thanks again Madeira!

Work was performed to a very high standard. The team from Madeira were punctual and courteous. Both Jorge and Luisa were highly informative and engaging throughout the process, with Jorge providing insight and recommendations to address failings arising from the architect's drawings.
